Important Notices

NOTE: The aforementioned cost to open a pool assumes the water is clear and free of significant algae and/or debris. If the pool is green with algae, it will require significant amounts of chemicals to treat the algae, increasing the chemical portion of the service, AND at least one follow-up visit to vacuum to waste. The first of the scheduled maintenance visits can be used to cover the expense of the first follow-up visit. If subsequent visits are required, each additional service would be $180 plus chemicals.

Auto-Pay System

ASP Maintenance Auto Pay

If you wish to avoid the payment of a late fee, ASP offers an auto pay system for your convenience. Under our auto pay system, we charge your credit card monthly on the first of the month for your regular swimming pool service (does not include opening and closing charges). We will send you an invoice as usual and provide you with 10 days to review your invoice. A convenience fee will be charged for non-ACH payments.

PRICE: Services will initially be provided at the price(s) stated above. Thereafter, ASP reserves the right to revise the price(s) for Services upon written notice to Customer.

CANCELLATION: This agreement may be canceled at any time by either party with 30 days written notice.

By signing below, I authorize ASP to charge my credit card monthly for the total amount of weekly services I will receive in a given month as stated on my invoice.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF RECURRING SERVICES: Fees for MAINTENANCE PROGRAM are automatically charged on a recurring basis as indicated above. Unless you cancel or change your maintenance program in accordance with this Agreement, any recurring services you signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the term you originally selected, at the then-current rate. BY SIGNING UP FOR A FULL-SERVICE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT ASP MAY SUBMIT THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR PAYMENT ON THE APPLICABLE SCHEDULE SET FORTH ABOVE WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES.

BY SIGNING UP FOR A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SUCH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE, UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME, AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE SERVICE, BY CALLING US AT (845) 490-4686 DURING BUSINESS HOURS, OR EMAILING US AT westchesterco@asppoolco.com. YOUR CANCELLATION WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE WE REASONABLY COULD ACT. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you for MAINTENANCE PROGRAM services already provided, and any fees for canceling already scheduled MAINTENANCE PROGRAM services, and such payments are due upon cancellation. Except as stated in this Agreement, all fees are non-refundable, earned in full and due and payable according to this Agreement and its terms and conditions. A convenience fee may be charged for any non-ACH electronic payments.
